Is it possible to order without an account...


You will be asked to pay in advance for your first order by cheque or credit card at the time of ordering.
We will automatically set up an account for your next order or you can choose to continue to pay for all your orders by cheque or credit card.
For security reasons, this option is not available on the web so please call us.

What is my Customer/ account number...


Your Customer/ account number is a unique reference which enables us to access all of your details on our database.
You’ll find this number either printed on the back of your catalogue, or on any other correspondence from us.
If not, please call us and we will give it to you.

An invoice will be sent to you 2 or 3 days after you receive your goods.

How can I return items...


If you are unhappy with an item you have ordered you may return it for a full refund, credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
All we ask is that the product be returned to us in an unspoilt condition and with its despatch note.
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or defective products, please call customer services on 0800 542 44 28 and we will arrange for collection and credit, exchange or refund the product at no cost to you.
